Our Shipping Guarantee:

Wristbands going anywhere in the US, Puerto Rico, Guam, or FPO AE/APO are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, the cost for shipping is included in the wristband purchase price. (Important Note: Unfortunately, we cannot program our shopping cart to differentiate between items when adding shipping charges. If your wristband-only order exceeds $20, you will be charged shipping. We will refund the shipping charges to your PayPal account immediately!) Your wristband order will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt. In the event of a delay, we will contact you via e-mail.

For LYB! Logo Clothing ordered on the Love Your Body! Project Website, shipping costs are based on the shopping bag total (see chart below.) NOTE: Shipping charges are for USA shipments only. Contact us for international shipping charges on the various clothing items:

Worldwide Shipping is available. To place an order to Canada, Mexico, Western Europe, or Asia: first add 1-3 wristbands to your shopping cart, then select the appropriate additional shipping from the international shipping choices menu (below), and add to your cart. For orders of more than 3 wristbands, for clothing items, or for orders outside of Canada, Mexico, Western Europe, and Asia, contact us at info@love-your-body.org. Shipping is via USPS Airmail Letterpost.

Return Policy:

Love Your Body! wristbands are "all sales final". Of course we will replace defective bands, or exchange for size or color. If you have a question about returns, please call 760-434-3888 or email info@love-your-body.org

Bulk Orders:

Need to buy Love Your Body! Wristbands in bulk? The Love Your Body! Project is willing to provide a discount of $.50 - $2.00 per band under certain circumstances for bulk purchases of 20 wristbands or more for use by organizations and professionals. Please e-mail info@love-your-body.org for more information.

We'll need to know the following:
--How many wristbands do you need?
--For what purpose will you be using the wristbands?
--If you'll be using the wristbands as part of a school, workplace, or health program, will weight loss be one of the goals?
--Will you be giving them away or do you want to sell them to raise money for your organization?
--If you plan on selling them, are you willing to sell them for $3 and keep records that you will share with us so we know where the donations are going?
